What a pretty location, but it's a shame the air conditioner didn't work properly, I mean, it was boiling up there! Plus, I expected some sort of complimentary gesture after my troubles, but alas nothing. Breakfast was a real downer too. All I saw was processed food that was barely edible. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The restaurant was good for the breakfast here, I had savoury dishes. And there was a pleasant view over the old town. Everything was good and the staff were pleasant and very polite. The service was terrific, including an early check-in. Parking was on site and I paid extra £31 per day to park the car. A tram station was near the property.

Can't recommend highly enough for a day tour
Comfortable room, helpful staff, close proximity to major tourist attractions, including the convenient 5-minute walk to Narodni Road. The breakfast was plentiful with a variety of options, and there was an efficient luggage storage available for day tour convenience.
Everything was as perfect as can be.

We loved this hotel! The rooms are really modern, a bit small, though fine for a weekend break. The beds are really comfortable and staff are great. The breakfasts are excellent and staff really friendly. They even let us leave some bags at the hotel while we left to sail Croatia for 10 days. Hotel is in an ideal location to walk to the old town, across the Charles Bridge and to the shopping streets.
No complaints - will definitely stay here if we come to Prague again.

The rooftop terrace offers fine panoramic views. The room features a practical layout with a clean environment, and a safe for securing valuables.
Noise from the street can be a bit disruptive, especially for light sleepers. The trams and bustling crowds create a lively yet restless atmosphere. Limited power outlets near the mirror make it awkward to charge devices while getting ready. The breakfast setup can have a chaotic flow, and finding seating during peak times might require patience.

Wonderful Central Location with Great Amenities!
The rooftop terrace offered amazing views, perfect for evening drinks. The breakfasts were a highlight, with a variety of fresh options. Despite minor inconveniences with plugs and noise, we enjoyed the charm of the place. Great for exploring the city!

Great location, metro and tram in immediate vicinity; nice room; good buffet breakfast both in quantity and quality, fast interest (wired), friendly staff
The aircon was not great, unable to cool the room. Only one lift. At the high end of the price scale for the comfort offered.

The bell boy was very helpful and friendly although his endlish command was limited. The location is excellent, right opposite to Tesco (major supermarket & department store) and 1 min walk to 2 tour company booths. In the centre of most sightseeing places, yet not right next to the old town square crowded by tourists.
Would be better if rooms provide wifi hotspot for mobile connection. Free Internet for laptops though, not bad already. Wifi in lobby & cafe.
